Shannon Faint, Leasing Manager

After completed her HSC in 2004, Shannon started in Real Estate after enrolling in the Real Estate certificate 4 course. Upon completion Shannon began working at Fanning as a Property Officer. This allowed her to implement what the many different facets of the course into her career.

Previously employed within the Customer Service industry, Shanon became very aware of the importance that it plays in Real Estate. It has given her the confidence and energy to build a strong relationship with our clients whilst maintaining a friendly and 'result orientated' attitude.

Shannon's day is varied with the many challenges that arise, but with the technology and systems that Fanning have in place ツ仰ィツォ?? her position as a Property office can be demanding, but enjoyable and rewarding.

Shannon says, Fanning have taught me the "lets give it 110%" attitude, one that I now apply to my everyday life.
