Annette Allen, Property Manager

As one of the two Asset Manager's, Annette believes the combination of high levels of service and total knowledge of the industry is vital. Annette enjoys working with a positive, proactive and professional team and also loves helping clients solve their property dilemmas.

Annette gained a huge amount of experience starting her Real Estate career as Receptionist for Fanning in 1995. She stepped into the role of Property Manager in 1998, taking with her the drive and determination to succeed.

Annette continues to educate herself further with the constantly changing leglislative requirements, which allows her to provide excellent service and results.

Prior to working at Fanning, Annette spent 15 years working with Telstra. She is married to Mark, and has two beautiful daughters, Nicole, and Christina.

Annette enjoys her role at Fanning and is always willing to help. She believes she can achieve the desired results that clients are after through sheer dedication, intensive work attitude, lots of enthusiasm, and most importantly, making sure everyone has fun along the way.

Annette says, "I feel that I have found my niche at Fanning Real Estate".
