One of the hallmarks of Fanning Real Estate is that people tend to enjoy working here and stay for a long time. 8 people have been here for more than 5 years with 4 over 10 years.
This doesn't happen by accident. It is by careful selection in the first place as well as taking the time to match people's personality with the position.
The relationships that we have in the office are based on trust. We don't have continual conflict in our team. That is not tolerated. We all spend a lot of time together that means getting on with each other is so important.
Most decisions are based on a collaborative approach. We discuss things widely before implementing a policy. Quite often we are trend setters but at the same time making sure that we are fiscally responsible. |
Training is important. Everyone is encouraged to learn continually and not rely on what they know before starting. This may take the form of in-house training as well as various courses, conferences and seminars.
In the training we look at a number of issues from the latest changes in the Acts of Parliament that govern our operations to the latest trends and developments in our industry. Our approach to risk management is leading edge in the Real Estate industry and is taken very seriously in this age of increased litigation.
Fanning Real Estate has been around since 1949. We have developed a reputation of being honest and doing the right thing by people. This is so uncommon in the Real Estate industry. We guard this reputation jealously and will not tolerate anything that jeopardizes our standing in the community.
Our office has been recently refurbished with a unique architectural design with modern equipment. The colours and shapes are nothing like what you would expect. It is a pleasant and yet exciting place to work.
We have an extensive infrastructure to assist you in carrying out your role. This may take the form of systems or support staff assisting with presentations or other information that you may need.
One of our objectives is to constantly improve our service delivery and raise our standards. You would be an integral part of this process.
We currently employ 10 full time staff and 6 part time staff members (you are more than welcome to talk to any of them) who you will find enjoy working in this friendly and yet lively environment. |
